Tag for Meta Basics in League forums

I just read a post discussing how it's difficult to learn the meta as a new player, but doing so is incredibly important. What if one of the tags in the forum was "meta basics"? Ideas like "Supports should let their ADC take as much of the gold as possible in lane" could be upvoted or downvoted to give a basic impression of basic LOL gameplay. More advanced meta information and stuff that changes more often would go in the other categories.
