[Suggestion] @Krylhos: A nice and fun return to top widget!

With the new community beta platform, you see page height extending into the stratosphere when clicking "load more" a few times. Here's a nice little cross-browser and light-weight "return to top" widget that animates in and scrolls the page back to the top!

Quick Notes: When reaching a certain threshold (currently an offset of 300), a small little widget animates downward from the pvp.net bar. Clicking the widget, labelled 'Return To Top', will smoothly scroll to the top of the page in 300 milliseconds.
