Why wont my attachments upload?

I wanted to share some thoughts on a Katarina rework but it wont let me post the discussion since the attachments wont load.. They just sit at 0% even though its only a 100kb JPG.... my internet is really fast so thats not it.

Its the first time i post, so am i missing something? Anyone knows?

For some reason, jpegs rarely if ever work even though it's on the accepted list. Change the file type to png.
