Super annoying bug with Thresh

This bug has been around since Thresh was released. Last hitting a minion with his Q (Hook) Disables him from making any basic attacks for up to 2 seconds. It is extremely anoying if you accidently last hit a minion when in a fight. And suddenly its like you are stunned for 2 seconds. Or just in lane when youre trying to use relic and you cant use your basics and you miss a minion because of the stupid Q bug.
