Whether or not your posts get views is based not on the fact that you're GETTING feedback, but based on how many people LIKE your post rather than if they're willing to argue about it and come to a conclusion.

Hyrum Graff1 votes2. You don't have to sort your posts that way, though. I know your point is that your posts won't GET visibility, but my point is that people are looking at your posts in more ways than just the "hot" sorting.
And, the "Hot" sorting takes into consideration comments on the thread, too.
