Suggestion - Allow Name/(Title)/Level text bubbles to expand downwards

Experiment: Scroll down so a summoner's name appears right at the top of the page, then hover your mouse over it. A text bubble should pop up, but it might be cut off by the top of the page.

A simple solution is to allow that text bubble to appear below the summoner's name if there is not the proper amount of space necessary to display it above their name.

I don't know if having the text bubble block comments is more or less convenient than having to scroll up to read the bubble's contents, but it shouldn't be too difficult to get a feel for which is best.
