@riot Official stance on the Institute of War

Hey Riot, quick question.

Do you have an official stance on the state of the Institute of War? There hasn't been any lore directly related to it recently, so is there any intention of bringing it back or retconning it, or is the idea being abandoned in favor of a new direction for League's lore?

On a semi-related note, has the idea of using comics to expand the lore been tossed around before? If not, something similar to what Team Fortress 2 does with their comics would be a nice way to keep a storyline moving without necessarily needing to change gameplay.
