Toolbar Overlaps with Text (When Making Post)

As title states, if you're making a post and the text reaches down to where the toolbar is, instead of pushing it downward the toolbar with remain where it is and the text will instead run behind it. This feels really bad. A quick alternative is to force the toolbar further down than where the text actually is with linebreaks (pressing enter a lot), but I'd appreciate if the toolbar was on a line all of it's own. You can even keep the current appearance by leaving the background for it transparent. Just, by design, allowing text to run behind the toolbar where it's really hard to read tickles my nerves in a bad way.
