QOL Change for Dynamic Queue: Toggle Champion Pool

Please allow us to toggle the champion pool so that we may see it throughout the entire champ select phase.

It's really inconvenient to not be able to look at your champion pool unless you're picking. I may just be really stupid, but it's hard to remember every single champion off the top of my head, so I used to scroll through my champion pool during the ban phase even if I wasn't the one banning (to see who to recommend banning), as people were picking champions (so I could look to change my planned pick to if I should), or if I was picking and my team hadn't (so we could organize trades if needed).

The circle thingy that shows who is being selected looks neat, but can we maybe toggle the champion pool over it so we can see roster?
