[BUG] I'm getting a problem where I can't see Effects?

I don't know if I'm the only one and I need to reinstall PBE, but most of my effects aren't working, if not all. The turret lasers don't show, neither do minion missiles. Especially spells that are all made up of effects, I can't see. If this is happening to others, it's quite the frustrating problem
