I want to know if it's worth to buy lifesteal runes instead of it being useful for just one champ.

Anyone with AD if you want more sustain. Whether or not armor pen, damage, etc. would be more useful or not is debateable. You could try just buying one to see if the LS and reduction of other stats hurts or helps you though. But overall I'd say they're worth getting for plenty of champions, especially those with high AD.
i really enjoy them on poke champs like jayce, you never have to leave lane unless u run outta mana or WW jg... AS runes, ill pass gimme LS quints i can farm the entire game :)
I haven't gone LS quints on Nasus since they were nerfed
Can't say who else they'd be good on, at this point with Nasus, I'd rather go armor quints + scaling health yellows so I've got a nice chunk of durability early and a decent chunk of health late game
LS quints are super situational post nerf. Generally speaking its best not to use them anymore unless you know for a fact you're going up agaisnt a hard lane in which you will be harassed down and need some sustain.
