Announcer Delays in PBE
I've been noticing that the announcer is delayed aside from towers and inhibitors. Anyone else experiencing this?

Quick heads up, you actually aren't posting this in the PBE forum. As far as the topic of your post, there are currently audio issues on PBE right now for a lot of things, Riot already knows and there is already a bug thread about it on the PBE forum.
