Hey can you provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing along with browser and OS. Hopefully this will help us troubleshoot what's going on.
There are some random VU's. Sometimes I randomly get the Teleport summoner icon showing up as the dmg animation on towers. It's very odd and kind of hard to explain but it will flash when I auto attack the tower. I find it happens mostly when playing Pulsefire Ez.
Yeah I used to have this problem but I haven't recently. I think they have fixed it but idk.
This is from my experience with the Source engine, and may or may not be what's going on with Riot's engine, as a Disclaimer. Anyway, what appears to be happening is that the game is loading the wrong assets (effects, textures, etc.) for the effect at hand, at random, though it seems to favor displaying summoner spell icons and red/blue (what I assume to be the engine's version of the Source-based pink/black checkerboard texture (used to signify that you didn't have that asset installed)) squares.
For the devs, the game loves to frequently load up minimap icons, ranged minion vfx, and tower shots (including inhibitor towers) with the wrong asset. I've also encountered pieces of terrain (on the old Summoner's Rift) that were replaced with the wrong asset as well.

I have been experiencing this quite a bit. I thought that it just might be my laptop but others are having the same problem. One game every single minion attack was a weird blue square, two dimensional. Could we just get this moved by a forum administrator to another section? That would be great.
