Password Bug!

I don't make a lot of complaints to games, in fact this might be the second one I made public! But I am furious. Ever since LoL came out I had played and seized to master it. I had reached maxed lvl, had fallen in love with assassins, and even purchased the champion pack to get all the champions.

But after a week of vacation I had attempted to log back onto LoL. And what to my wondering eyes would appear! New password requirements and a small question! I had redid everything and after I had finally (after an hour) logged in, it had restarted everything! Normally I wouldn't be mad about the lvl's, but I want my money back!

I want to know if anyone is having the same problem, and how to fix it!

It had restarted everything as in your account was back to level 1? That's really strange, I'd suggest submitting a support ticket here if you're sure the information you used to log in is correct.

This is kind of a stupid question but I have to ask, are you sure you didn't somehow create a new account instead of updating the information for your main one?

Positive I didn't make a new account. And yes everything back to level one. I don't even know how. It asked me security questions and to change my password so I did and lost my account, had to restart my account. But thankyou
