Separating NA from EU boards for Team Recruitment

So as the title above says I'd like to propose that the Team Recruitment section be divided by regions. It makes virtually zero sense for EUW and NA to share the same team recruitment boards. Not sure if EUNE does as well, but I would imagine so. When you're looking through the threads for duos and the like, I hate getting excited seeing exactly what I'm looking for, only to look at the summoner name to see the 'EUW' designation next to their name.

I'm not asking for complete division, simply for division within the team recruitment boards, it just makes sense.
