[Bug] EUW posts appearing in Redtracker?

About a half-hour ago, I was checking Redtracker, and I was finding red posts from the EUW forums in it, in addition to the usual NA posts. Additionally, all the links from the page took me to EUW pages, such as euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/, making site navigation tricky.

When I checked again just now, things were back to normal, and the EUW posts were all gone. Links were working again. Did anyone else experience this? Was Riot doing something that caused this?

I wish I could see red posts across regions in one area...

Or, at least, that reds from other areas posting in the community beta showed up in the redtracker. Or maybe that's already the case, and not many reds from other areas post here.
