Optimization for fixing posts in the wrong board

Currently if we create a post in the wrong board, it is just deleted.

Instead, I think there should be functionality for either Rioters or the poster to be able to move the discussion to the appropriate board without the need to recreate the post.

This is a convenience item however also helps immensely in bug reports that miss the bug board as they just get deleted so they are essentially ignored by Riot until another player or the same player reposts it into the bug board. This seems like it slows down bug reporting and resolution even though the Rioter who deletes the post reads it.
