Account Level System

I think that your profile level should be your mastery points, for instance other games have this such as Heroes Of the Storm, not that heroes of the storm is better by any means, it does not compare to League (IMO) I think it would be a more interesting way of knowing how much experience another player has without having to research their profile. I know you can see their mastery points in their profile. BUT it might also be a better way of match making. For instance we should automatically have all summoner spells, because once you reach level thirty its like cool what now? OHHHH i can play ranked, and then people get on ranked with about a weeks experience of play League. Now i know people have to start somewhere on the ranked ladder, but if you had to have at least 20-25 champions to level five (reasonable number). I just feel like people get into ranked with not enough experience or knowledge on how to play the game.
