There should be other ways to report a summoner.

I was in champ select with other people and they were being so rude and nasty that I didn't even want to get into a match with them but I knew there was no other way to report them and the only way i could do it was to submit a ticket to league of legends support. I think that it would be nice if when you look someone up there is a report option. Like where it says Add friend, View profile, there should be a Report button. Because i strongly believe that most people get away with doing and saying things on League of legends. While in the middle of a match i have the intention to report some one and by the time the game is over and it goes to the after game screen where it shows all the stats i just hurry up and click home and forget to report that person. If there were a way to report people you forgot to report or people that you almost got into a match with that were being unsportsmanlike, or using foul language, or inappropriate language, then a lot more summoners would be dealt with accordingly.

Riots too much based off their own little law of what they see is just which is them getting money. You would normally think cant I just report this guy to a rioter and he will get punished for being a toxic prick? not anymore those days are long gone. I actually knew a ex rioter who was very nice to ban every single player that would troll/int/be super toxic. He would look into it and within 5 mins the player would be gone ( i never sent him bullshit like not really toxic players) It was actually incredible I was actually happy to que up again instead of being toxic/tilted because I KNEW that something was done about someone who ruined the game for others. But that was back in season 3/4 when riot was actaully pretty cool. Just like the ex rioter riots ways of actually helping the community are long gone.
