As people here have stated, your post is being removed because it's in the wrong section of the Boards. This was explained in the message you were sent. You can check your notifications at the top right of the site.

You do get a leaver penalty for dodging like this. It's a 5 minute wait timer for the first time, and it increases if you keep doing it.
If you'd put your post in a relevant board, it wouldn't get deleted. Description of what each board contains is to the left and down under "Guidelines". If you're still unsure if your post belongs there, take the safe route and post under Miscellaneous.
Rito don't like it when you call them out. Like how Riot changed a bunch of people's names then made them wait a month or pay $10 because they want you to pay them $10.
