Aram mode and people leaving it...(failed to select a champion) when its random?

So I'v been playing a lot of Aram lately and i'v noticed some things but the main one being that it kicks me out every now and again saying someone failed to select a champion. This is impossible because it is randomly picked for people. The only conclusion i have is people don't like who they have gotten or something and closed the whole game client. It's the only thing that makes sense to me. So you click to go into aram and then confirm to go into a game when one is found. If someone quits, I think it should be considered the same as leaving a game. I think something should be done about this because, i for one, am tired of going into a game and getting a champ i love to play and play well only to have someone quit and lose it and have to play the whole game mad with someone i don't like. Also, something a little more serious is that when i go into a game get a skin boost then get thrown out and have my night ruined or at least a few games because someone exploits the map like that. I think they should have some sort of action for this. Possibly banned from the game mode for a few hours to keep someone from just quitting over and over to get a game they like or possibly IP farming off skin boosts and just quitting every game that doesn't have it. It ruins some peoples playing experience with the game. I'm sure with those who only have a set amount of time to play because work or school or whatever. What does everyone think about this matter? My one goal is to possibly get enough people into this as need be before someone from the riot notices and thinks " yea that is a good idea" as i don't really know how to get this thought to them directly. So thank for the feedback and what not. And thanks for your time. Have a good night.

you can get a lower priority queue for dodging (its usually not much, like five minutes unless you constantly abuse it), but i much prefer the possibility of losing a nice champ to that of having a 4v5 at the get-go. because the truth is, there are people who will leave if they get a champ they don't like, and i for one like that it doesnt give you a heavily unfair game because of this

edit: after rereading i believe you meant the same thing happens (where the group is disbanded), but the leaver gets a proper leaver status. in which case, i support that fully. even though i secretly hope someone dodges sometimes

You phrased that in such a weird way, but what you mean to ask for is increased/proper handling of penalties against repeated dodgers. And we all agree. Frequent dodgers need to be punished.
