[IDEA] "Discussions I Subscribed To" Section in "My Updates"

Sometimes I like to keep track of discussions I have not commented in. Rather than favoriting a large amount of links, it would be convenient to have an option at the top of the discussion, maybe near the up/down vote area, where a user could subscribe to the thread. This would make a link in the "My Updates" section, so you can quickly see if a discussion you are interested in has any new activity.

I apologize if this idea has been voiced before. I did not see a discussion like it before this post :x
