Survey assessing toxicity and its relation to rank and champion preferences

There are 11 questions, and only 3 of them are mandatory. The goal of this particular survey is to determine if there is any correlation between a player's rank, main champion, and perceived "toxicity". Since this is only a survey, the results cannot accurately portray the entire league community, but the results will be fun to look at and at least semi-informative!

If I get enough responses, I will post the results as well as a youtube video discussing the results. Thanks for your time :)

EDIT 1: After some feedback, I have reworded some questions and responses for clarity. I have made a note in the responses where this change occurs. I have also added numbers to the questions. Thanks for all the feedback and your responses! After ~6 hours, we've got 380 responses, and I'm really enjoying some of those replies to the "other" option for question 9 (When toxic, are you usually...).

EDIT 2: I've got 777 responses so far, and they have pretty much come to a halt. Once I get a break from school work, I'll get to drawing some conclusions based on the survey results. Thanks again!
