I check the Red Tracker to keep an eye on Riot's informative posts re: gameplay matters. I'm not exactly keen on reading how Porocles or Targons Blade may or may not have solved some guy's problem on Help and Support.
They are amping up Red activity on the Help & Support board. They're still neck deep in the client update so idk if they can spare anyone to do this, but I'll ask if anyone had already considered hiding/separating H&S from the red tracker.
I suggest making this (or another) post specifically about doing that.
I personally find it reassuring that Riot's support team is being active and doing its job to help players.
Bumping this due to the still-constant influx of Help & Support Riot posts that can't be filtered out. Yes, it's great that they're able to help, but it's still irrelevant to why most of us use the Red Tracker in the first place.
