How does the boards remember that I'm logged in, yet still uses WRONG localization every single time I come here? ... I have to manually select EUW from the drop down menu.

This wasn't always the case... so who thought that prioritizing site preferences using IP address instead of the actual 'logged in' account was a good idea? Just because I come from a country that belongs to EUNE region, doesn't mean I have an account there.
