Being unable to bring up champion, item, and summoner spell icons and I dunno about others but I get some slow loading times on mobile and pretty quick on PC where it's supported. ( muh wifi is fine but you dont have to see it as a valid point.) Using google chrome on samsung galaxy s4.

They have, before we had only the desktop site. The mobile site is a fairly recent change.
That said, if you need to add an icon, click on the "hamburger" menu button at the top of the page and select "Switch to Full Site" and add it (it doesn't reload the page, so you can do it mid reply). To go back you'll see a "Switch to Mobile Site" on the left side of the page.

Bro I don't like this new mobile version.
While they have made it so it's pretty close to the computer version(which I never use,) I think they should give us the option to at least switch back to the desktop version >.>
