Tournament Section?

Hey riot,

I'm wondering if you could put a board for people that want to advertise their tournaments... it would make them easier to find and that way, people don't need to look through the whole years tournaments just to see pages and pages of 1 tournament 1 day apart. It could also help people who have never heard of tournaments get into the scene and figure out where they are in correlation to other people.
