What is Fantasy LCS?

Can someone explain Fantasy LCS to me? I looked at it once and it seemed like just something that you do for fun when watching the LCS but I didn't quite understand it.

Its kind of like Fantasy Football, only with League. You join or create a League, draft a team of players from the pros, and then you and the other people in your league watch how your teams do. Its kinda like pretending to be a team owner or coach... hence the term Fantasy.
