This is weird because the post I wrote is huge and takes, in the very least, 5-10 minutes to read. The dude didn't even read my post!
What's worse is that I got istantly thrown out of the "Hot" 1st page, which kind of sucks... Not as many people will actually see my post.
Can't we have a better compromise for upvotes and downvotes and post viewability?

What if said article consisted of a well thought out argument backed up by stats and counter arguments with feasible rebuttals? Ever heard the phrase, "Don't judge a book by it's cover?"
Also, if the article "Tristana needs a nerf" is entirely centered around an argument honestly attempting to prove that Tristana should recieve a power reduction, then there is absolutely no reason to dismiss this title as it simply sums up the article.

For what purpose? Without downvotes, there is no possible way to show disagreement short of a reply. Everything would be either neutral or upvoted, regardless of whether it actually follows community opinion or not.

You can spend two hours on a concept, post it, and some twat comes along and hits the downvote button on the new posts page for teh lelz and there goes your concept.

On the bright side, they offer the option of 'recent' ordering, which completely resolves the issue.
