Is this site being mobile friendly something that's been even considered?

It has absolutely been considered. We carefully watch our mobile traffic patterns and have different ideas on ways to approach it. We have a couple other items on our list that take priority over mobile at the moment, however.

Thanks for responding. The way you put it, doesn't seem like a mobile friendly site is near, but it's atleast something that you guys have considered. Gives me hope that one day I'll be able to browse to around more easily.

such as what? I would love to see the website and more importantly the fantasy website made into an app supported by android/ios.

Also, an official app for information would be nice. (Champions, Items, Runes, Masteries, Item Build Simulator, Free Champions, things like that)

Anyway, I'm sure it's being considered and/or worked on. You gotta remember; this is a beta. There are tons of features that are more important than things like mobile support or more Boards, such as moderation and general navigation. I'm sure they'll get it done once it's feasible to do so!
