at least tell me which board my thread should be posted on

I feel there needs to be a board for client/out of game experience discussion. None of the boards really cover that, and it's something that has potential for tons of discussion.

I know what you mean mine was deleted and was in the appropriate place. I was talking about getting more items for LOL and wanted community ideas to float around (was in the gameplay and balance section).

I'm not sure what the point of it is? If you want to use it as a starter for a conversation about Worlds, it goes in Esports. If you're talking about how cool it is as an icon, I'd say Story & Art. If you want to talk about how *you got the icon!*, I'd say Misc.
