Hey Riot, I have to admit, the thing I like the least about these boards is the fact that our forum badges that we earned back in Season 1 & 2 are pretty much unnoticeable to anyone. In order for people to see them, they have to hover over our name, and even then, they are tiny and very hard to see over our primary icon. For the amount of work that we put in Season 1 & 2, I think they should be more noticeable.
And what of our forum titles, like Recruiter or Friend of Urf?
I don't have any badges myself, but I think this is something that should be looked into, because it shows that the community participation from GD and the older forums is still appreciated and relevant, and could help in some small way make those who aren't interested in this format at the moment feel more comfortable as the platform moves forward. As far as indicating the badge in an actual comment (like this one) do you have any ideas as to how you would display the badges without a hover over?
Is your problem with the hover-over, or with the placement of badges on top of your summoner icon (which makes them hard to see)? I personally have a problem with the latter but not the former, and think they should be placed in a kind of semicircle below your name, level, and region.
Mine actually doesn't show at all.
