Maybe your mods shouldn't delete posts before they even read them.
"Don't be a jerk" isn't a very good reason for deletion when the post is filled with actual issues with the game, the boards, and the servers without a single direct insult anywhere inside it.
Honestly, it's like you guys are trying to lose customers at this point.
