really riot?

I am done with this game for a while you... people don't know how to keep your servers up properly. I was just in yet another lost ranked game because after going 5/2 i lost connection to your server. Not to the internet because I was able to upload into a different MOBA with no trouble. Every day you say the problem is resolved and every day i get disconnected with the same error I have been getting. If you cannot keep your server up with the money you say is used to do so when we buy skins or other things, then I would like to know how I can petition to get my money back. You have yet to do anything useful with it. I am tired of losing because my internet is capable of connecting to everything EXCEPT your server. I want a response from a riot personnel and will be blocking any other comments. I want an answer as to why I still have trouble because its not coming from my end.
