leaver bans

I think that, and i realize its a mostly bronze problem, when someone doesn't pick bans, then says they are going to intentionally feed, that it is total droppings that I am not only locked out from playing for 30 minutes, but lose LP as well. there needs to be a votable button for kicking trolls that needs a majority vote, so that this doesnt happen.
