Forum MVPs? The need for helpful members of the community.

For years I, like many others, have played League of Legends, and for years, some if not most forum posts and problems go unaddressed. I feel as if there are plenty of upvoted community members in each section of the boards, if a Red poster is unable to respond, why not have a respectable member of the community be able to help instead? Just like the banners in game, there should be something similar on the forums. I have played Blizzard games especially for many years, they have dedicated forum blue posters, and green posters who help when a problem arises. I myself have had a major problem with a league bug that renders my champion frozen for a good 5+ seconds while the game moves on around me. I see posts about dating back to August 2011 with no response from riot or a notable helpful source. If Riot cannot afford to hire community managers, then I suggest appointing forum MVPs to help respond to posts.
