Polls do not show up on my browser. Please help!

So, for some reason, Google Chrome does not show polls in my computer, exclusively. Whenever there's a poll THAT I HAVE NOT ANSWERED TO on any post, including mine, this shows up:

If I click F12 and ask for errors this is what shows up:

What's weird about this is that polls I have posted while I've had this problem have half of the original options I put in. And even weirder is that poll's that I've answered to or answer in another computer/browser work just fine when I get back to this one. This had never been an issue in Chrome until a few days ago when I was forced to update and then reinstall Chrome.

I've posted two cries for help besides this one already, but I really need help to get a solution! Thank you for your attention.

EDIT: It started working all of a sudden. I didn't do anything. Cool I guess! Thanks for all your help ^^

Hey, sorry to hear this is happening for you. Do polls in other threads show up for you aside from the one in the screenshot? Also have you tried clearing your browser's cache? If that does not work, we can try some other troubleshooting steps.

Actually I think this is a chrome issue.

I also can't view polls.

I just assumed people were putting [POLL] into their threads for no reason, because I never saw a poll in the thread.

Thanks for replying!

I have tried clearing the cache twice and it did not work. Every poll that I have not answered to in every single thread does not work.

Troubleshooting:

  • I use Google Chrome v38.0.2125.104 m, according to the 'About Chrome' page.
  • I reinstalled Chrome just the other day, but prior to that, polls worked perfectly.
  • I have not one single extension for my browser.
  • I know I'm not the only one with the issue, since I have asked a friend to check if they could see the same poll I couldn't see and they couldn't.

Again, thank you for your consideration!

So this is interesting. This is on Windows? Can you try this for me:

Open up the developer tools (press F12) and in the console, type the following and hit enter:

window.localStorage.clear()

And let me know if that helps?

Yes! It is on Windows 8.1.

I went to the console and typed exactly as you said, but it just says ">undefined". And does nothing. I checked and the polls still don't show up.

Hey! The polls work now! I don't know how it happened but all of a sudden I could see polls again. If I have problems again I'll create another post or something... But again, thank you so much for your help.
