[Site Update] More formatting tools and renamed sub-community

Hey Summoners!

We rolled out a few new features today:

Added a few more buttons to the toolbar to let you add formatting to your posts faster. These include bold, italics, ~~strikethrough~~ and adding links!
Renamed the "Beta Feedback" sub-community to "New Community Feedback" to hopefully guide Summoners looking for the PBE Forum in the right direction.
Fixed messaging for low-level Summoners trying to vote on Discussions or Comments.

Finally I can stop redirecting every PBE poster to the right forum!

Good changes that help usability. I love how there is now a search function for champion icons.

Glad this community's feedback and mine's helping the forum grow and become better.

I like them, but could you please move selection to the center of the formatting, rather than after. As well, add commands "CTRL+B", etc. Also, CTRL+Z/"UNDO" would be amazing.

Also, selection is still moving to the END of paragraphs when attempting to type from inside a paragraph.

I love the toolbar and it functions as expected, but the button images seem a bit out of place? Are they just placeholders for now?

What do you guys think about the "New Community Feedback" name? Is it clear that that's the "go here to talk about this discussion platform" place? Having an internal debate about it. Want to get your thoughts.

The rename to "New Community Feedback" is definitely way clearer, so good job there!

I'm loving the new style options, but I feel that the button images for them feel strange. Off hand, I want to say they're gray scale in a way that makes them unattractive, and I think their sizing relative to the text is a bit large. Overall, though, great job!
