incorrect boards interface

It seems to be isolated to me (that I know of), but for some reason, the boards are no longer functioning as they should. Responses are in a single downward line instead of their stacked/racked appearance

then to add to that, every time I try to reply to someone, I have to delete a quote of the entire person's post, yet I am not clicking the quote button
