Dear @Riot, please help.

So, I'm new to the boards in perspective to a lot of other people, and so I'm not sure how well I placed this topic, but I've been going around the boards seeing a lot of hate.

I mean hate towards Rito and a lot of the players. I'm sick of it. Bullies run these boards, and I'm not even kidding. I went to a Yasuo nerfing idea board because the idea of a Yas nerf is a good idea, and honestly the idea kinda sucked, but I went to the comments to see other people's idea for Yas nerfs while I was there. Out of habbit I click on someone's Comment threshhold is blocked stuff and saw a relatively good idea and something semi relevant to the board, because it was a Yasuo nerf. The comment had 50+ downvotes, and the owner of the original board had commented saying that his comment wasn't related to the board in any way and shouldn't be there. The person who commented originally on the comment replied with a simple "it was a suggestion", which was also Comment threshhold is blocked baloney. So, I decided to try and defend the guy who had a Yasuo nerf idea in a bad thread. I said something along the lines of "This is why I hate league because of people like you" and "He added a suggestion, doesn't need to be gutted because of it" and I get a response with "Your turn buddy"!

A guy on the boards adds a suggestion to the game to a terrible idea and gets attacked because of it, and I go to try to defend him and I get snapped at. When you (Riot) can't control the boards on your own website, how do you expect to have a working tribunal system or reduce bullying in game, or just plain old do anything to try to stop it.
