A thesaurus isn't necessary to convey thoughts without additional unnecessary words. Fuck and shit aren't even prohibited words (Rioters themselves have even sworn in official posts). It's just a matter of the tone words like that add to a message. Unless your audience is familiar with you, dropping language like that is a fast way to have your opinion immediately lessened in value.
Do I swear a lot? Fuck no*. There's a place and time for it, but causing unnecessary friction is just stupid.

I'm personally okay with hearing cuss words used as emphasis. But I also believe there are almost always better word choices available.
I use the words in everyday language when I see fitting. If I want to emphasize how stupid something is, it's pretty easy to throw fucking before it. I know tons of history although admittedly not much of linguistics but don't play that card bro.

I don't think you know anything about history, first of all. Secondly, this isn't verbal communication. You have plenty of time between writing something and hitting "post" to calm down and edit. There's no excuse. No one has ever made a better point with vulgarities. I don't care what words you use, but there are rules we all have to adhere to.
