Put The Public In PBE

Dear Riot, I have a few points of feedback mainly about Player Beta Testing. Firstly, I must say that it is uncomfortable for me and inconvenient to post on the forums due to confusion and the time until my question is answered or re-directed. I would suggest a more user friendly suggestion feature and interface to better solve the needs of each individual player. Now about PBE. I, like many other League Summoners, am very invested in League and would like to be of the most help to the game. Almost a month ago I discovered the Public Beta Environment while searching for information about Team Builder, which I discovered about a week or two before. I applied to PBE and began scanning through the PBE forums. As my interest grew towards helping test new features such as this I was disappointed at the likelyhood of me being able to participate. If I suggest, I would like to really bring out the Public in the Public Beta Environment. I think that the views of a wider range of players would enhance the feedback and fun of League of Legends. I believe that each player who is willing to play League and endure the installation time should have the privilege of bringing their own ideas and opinions to make League a game for everyone to enjoy. Please take my ideas and into consideration and thanks for all the time you guys spend to make League of Legends great!
