I haven't yet figured out if there's any consistency to when it happens or why. It could even be something on my end messing up, not sure. But I seem to occasionally get the 'Oops, something broke' Gragas error screen when going to either this community or the PBE community. It generally doesn't seem to happen that much on the main forums themselves.

It happens everywhere. It's the generic server overload splash. Try again shortly if it occurs.

^^this, although I notice it happens more when I use a smartphone so it very well also could come up when bandwidth is an issue.
