[Bug] Unable to Type in Middle of Post

Title's hard to explain, but if I type part of a sentence, then realize I want to reword it, I'm unable to do so without deleting everything back to where I reword it. If I try to click in the middle of the post and start typing, it puts the cursor back to the end of the post after the first letter.

Not sure if this is a platform issue or an issue with IE10, but I have never seen this issue on another platform.
