Skins & "Champion Concepts"

Had to scroll to the 15th thread to find a champion concept. First page had 3 in total. The rest were people posting links to images from deviantart, that most likely were not made by them (Yes, I've seen some uploaded by the artist. Rare.)

What gives?

Separate "Skin Concepts" from "Champion Concepts" and maybe things can be more like they were back in the good old days of the forums.
