How do the void champions get their names exactly?

I understand that their names so far have been syllable + ' + syllable , but I'm wondering if there's any more thought put into the names, other than what just sounds cool?

Would love to have a red answer, though my hopes aren't too high. Can't hurt to ask though, can it? Otherwise, what do you people think?

Well, I know that Vel'Koz came from his in-progress name of "Keeper of Secrets" (KOS).

I'd assume that Kog'Maw has to do with the "Maw" (mouth) part.

Not sure about the rest, at least not off the top of my head.

EDIT: According to the wiki, Cho'Gath sounds similar to Shoggoth, which is a creature in the Lovecraft Universe

Directly quoted from the wiki:

Kha'Zix's name is probably derived from Kaizen, a philosophy of improving on any areas, or improving yourself through change (Kai {改} = change,Zen {善}= good => Kha'Zix ~ KaiZen). This looks further implied by his quote "Change...is good" and how he evolves his abilities to adapt to any match.

No idea about Rek'sai though.
