So I posted a thread last night that I felt was necessary since I had to dig through 5 different forum threads to find the proper resources to help people with my situation (server change) and I posted it in what I felt was the most correct forum (help and support) because it's not meant to be a discussion it's supposed to help other summoners to show the hard evidence behind whatever their specific server issues would be and it was deleted and suggested to be placed in miscellaneous. Which makes NO SENSE, you guys have no pinned threads to direct people who are having connection issues to the correct places to report these issues so it seems like when a member of the community is trying to help the hundreds of people who are having the same issue that you are trying to prevent any positive progress from being done. if that isn't the case then why isn't there a pinned thread in the help and support thread to direct more people with that problem to?

so that people are clear, my post had a link to a riot page to submit your connection data and show the effects that your computer has been having with the server change as well as some direction in case you weren't sure what to expect or were confused by some of it as well as a hard example of the data that would be sent so that you would be sure that there would be hard evidence to substantiate your claim of having connection issues to the new servers.
