Gangplanks q or e interrupts auto attack (INTERMITTENT BUT GUARANTEED BUG)

This isn't as basic as it sounds and only noticble under certain circumstances. but if attacking a champion or large monster with auto attacks if you use his q or e (parley or remove scurvy) he will stop all action after the skill finishes.

To reproduce:

Start game with gangplank level up parley or remove scurvy go into blue golum jungle camp auto attack blue golum (blue buff) cast parley or remove scurvy (may take multiple tries) notice after skill is cast that no further action is made by gangplank (sometimes even if he takes damage)
