Team Recruitment Suggestion

You should be able to filter team recruitment by tier/division. I'm Plat 1 and don't want to waste time sifting through gold, silver, and bronze posts, which are the majority of the posts. I mean no disrespect to anyone, it just makes it hard to find posts relevant to my elo when all of the posts are together, especially when people don't post their tier and you have to look them up.
