We have these new boards that Riot said they made for better communication with us, but where are you guys? On twitter and Reddit. Well enough! We want a one stop shop with your guys and keeping all the chatter in one place makes it all the easier for you to get the information you guys need to improve the game, and easier for us to feel like you care.

Got a post from Pendragon claiming they were properly communicating then I broke it down how poorly their communication was and the lack of proper communication channels (Riot boards vs Twitter/Reddit/etc.) and he didn't dare respond. They know full well they don't parrot their information onto these boards much less handle proper communication with its player base on their own boards.

This games is suppose to be at the head of the market and Riot can't even get their game to work. You guys spend millions to get tournements set up and you cant even get you servers to work properly. Over the holiday season, Riot severs are totally impossible it get into. I keep getting notifcations that is my problem or that its on my end but I follow all the instructions that I am told by Riot and it still does not work. "Check you firewall, check your connection..etc" my connection is fine, your servers need to be fixed. League of legends should not have this problem. You guys say you are working on it? well how come Blizzard can fix their stuff and you can't? Oh wait, Blizzard cares about its players. Riot, you guys don't even try and apologize about how broken your game is. If anyone at Riot reads this, I doubt they will take it seriously. They will probably have a machine answer it or ignore it. IF they do respond to it, it will probably get me banned from the game because they don't want to hear how bad they are. There is a standard that you have to follow and you guys are way below it. So many of companies have problems as well but you guys, you guys don't even try. Hopefully other players will read this and agree because it should take hours to try and log in. this game should be giving me hours of fun, not hours of waiting. Go ahead and take this post down if you want but it will just prove that you would rather shut out the truth from an actual player then acknowledge you guys need to get your stuff fixed. I do in fact enjoy your game but why can't I even access it half the time? Seriously, get your shit together Riot.

You say that, but you should remember that it's still a bitter subject for most old timers as you guys went on and killed GD with that premise, that this would become a much better terrain and MUCH closer approach with reds. I don't want to sound sensationalist, but yeah, if it ain't Twitter or Reddit, you people just don't seem to care that much.

Yeah I have a CLG icon because I like watching the team, but I don't obsess over esports like the zombie hivemind and their alt accounts that infest every page.
That's the real issue - they want it to be like this. They want to make changes and talk over Reddit because people will blindly nod their heads and smile, willing to accept the divine word of Rito Gaemz regardless of how it impacts the game.
They don't care because changes mean LCS will change, and if LCS changes, they have something new and exciting to watch. They don't care about those game-impacting decisions because I'm convinced at least half of Reddit doesn't even play; they just spectate and pretend to be a part of something they aren't.

If I want information about the actual game, I use the Reddit app on my phone. /r/leagueoflegends. They really should just put everything on here... but Reddit has flair. I like flair. I don't even know what it is but I feel like I'd like it.

But then again, when you start hosting your AMAs and stuff on said fan board, it spoils the effect a bit.

I appreciate Meddler. Bacon and Katey because they do really communicate with us for the most part. (There also another red who's on the lore team that posts a bit as well, but I can't remember his/her name.)
But I feel like Riot could communicate with us even more, though tbh I'm seeing them a bit more than before. (The GD reign)
